Shipping and Handling Information

There are no shipping charges for orders delivered to a participant’s organization/school. Participant will be responsible for delivering product to the purchaser. This option is only available during the selling period of the Fundraiser. If you have any questions, please contact the organization/school.

All orders shipped to your address are shipped via Fedex. Shipping charges will be applied and will be indicated during check out.

Shipping Rates (per shipping address)

FedEx Ground: $15.50

FedEx 2nd Day: $27.95 – $46.95*

Ground Shipping:
Ground is only available for shipments going to:
AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV
Ground Rates are $15.50 for the first item ordered and $5.50 for each additional item ordered. (Shipped to the same address)

2nd Day Shipping:
All other states not listed above must be shipped via 2nd Day. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico

2nd Day Rates* (per shipping address):

  • Zone 1: $27.95 for the first item ordered and $5.50 for each additional item ordered.
  • Zone 2: $30.95 for the first item ordered and $5.50 for each additional item ordered.
  • Zone 3: $36.95 the first item ordered and $5.50 for each additional item ordered.
  • Zone 4: $41.95 the first item ordered and $5.50 for each additional item ordered.
  • Zone 5:  $46.95 the first item ordered and $5.50 for each additional item ordered.

Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped via FedEx. Due to the perishability of products, we only ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders Placed on Wednesdays will ship the following week. A Confirmation of order is not confirmation of shipment. You will receive a separate email from FedEx once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for the delivery time delay of your package from our third party carries, such as FedEx. Delay due to our 3rd party carrier is the responsibility of the customer to call the shipping carrier directly if the customer feels the package(s) is arriving later than expected. In rare cases, your package may be delayed, damaged, or lost. If your package is damaged or lost by the carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier before shipping a replacement package. Claim must be approved by the carrier before shipping a replacement package.

Packaging

Your order is shipped frozen with ice gel packs to keep the product frozen during shipment. They may arrive to you at room temperature. Products should be refrigerated for immediate use or refrozen for future use. Cookie dough is good up to 1 year in the freezer and 6 months in the refrigerator. Cakes are good up to 6 months in the freezer and 1 week in the refrigerator. Pretzels, pizzas and other products are good up to 2 months in the freezer and 1 week n the refrigerator. ALL PRODUCTS CAN BE RE-FROZEN AFTER THAWING.

Shipping Policy

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We can ship to Rural Route Addresses. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is correct. We cannot guarantee deliveries to incorrect addresses. There is a $15 Address Correction Fee for incorrect recipient addresses. We cannot guarantee delivery times due to unforeseen factors that may affect delivery of your package.

All orders are shipped SIGNATURE RELEASE – NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. If no one is there to receive the order from FedEx, the driver will leave the package at the door. This signifies acceptance of the order. If delivery is to an apartment, the driver may not leave the package.

If the order is a gift, please notify the recipient that something perishable is coming via FedEx.

Order Cancellations:

For orders that have been processed but have not yet shipped there will be a $5 or 10% of order total restocking fee whichever is greater.

There are no refunds for orders that have already shipped or returned orders.
