In order for those selling Claire’s Gourmet Products to get credit for purchases on their behalf and toward prizes (if applicable), they must register their information below.

When orders are placed on the participant's behalf, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered below. 

Please register only one child at a time. This registration must be completed prior to placing online purchases.

All Fields not marked as optional are required.
